The Meats
Sliced smoked brisket with a deep smoke ring

Smoked Brisket

Smoked 12 to 14 hrs

Oak-smoked until it is fork-tender, with a peppery bark and a smoke ring that runs deep. Sliced to order.

Hand-pulled smoked pork

Pulled Pork

Smoked 10 to 12 hrs

Pork shoulder smoked low until it shreds with a fork. Juicy, tender, and great by the pound or piled on a bun.

A rack of smoked pork ribs

Pork Ribs

Smoked 5 to 6 hrs

Rubbed and smoked until the meat pulls clean off the bone. Available by the rack or the half.

Golden smoked chicken

Smoked Chicken

Smoked 3 to 4 hrs

Juicy meat under crisp, seasoned skin. The first thing to disappear at every event we cater.
