Our story

Real wood. Real hours. Real barbecue.

Vanderwolf Smoke BBQ started with a smoker, a family name, and a refusal to cut corners. That is still the whole recipe.

Where it started

Patience you can taste.

There is no rushing good barbecue. We cook over real wood for hours, letting the smoke do its quiet work until the bark sets, the fat renders, and that rosy smoke ring runs deep through every slice.

What began as cooking for family and friends turned into a trailer, a name, and a standing invitation to bring that same food to your event. The process has not changed. We still cook low and slow, still tend the fire ourselves, and still would not serve anything we would not put on our own table.

Who's behind the smoke

[Owner names and short story here] — the husband-and-wife team behind every plate. Real wood, real hours, and a family name on the trailer.

What we believe

Our name is on the trailer. Every event gets the same care we would want at our own table.
